Activate or deactivate member's user profile
As an administrator for an organisation, you can deactivate and activate the user profile of a member of your organisation. For example, if a person takes extended leave from your business, you could deactivate their user profile and activate it on their return.
When a profile is deactivated, the user cannot log in to Objective Build using that profile. This prevents the user accessing any of the organisation's applications, consents, contacts and templates.
As all applications and consents are held in common in an organisation, any other members of the organisation can manage the applications and consents on which the deactivated user profile is a participant.
To view deactivated user profiles
Select Organisation | Deactivated from the left navigation to open the Deactivated members page.
